A clear understanding.

1. Consultation bookings and Google Calendar

The booking application displays available consultation times based on scheduling settings, selected Google Calendar commitments, and travel buffers. Availability can change. A consultation is confirmed only after the application reports successful confirmation; merely selecting a time does not reserve it.

Provide accurate contact details, location information, and notes. Times are displayed in Central Time unless otherwise stated. In-person meetings must be within the selected service area. A booking does not purchase consulting, design, production, or other paid services; any paid engagement is agreed separately.

By confirming a booking, you authorize us to process your submitted details for scheduling, add the consultation to the selected Google Calendar, and send the corresponding calendar invitation. We may use Google Meet for online meetings. Booking visitors do not have to authorize access to their own Google Calendar. The administrator’s calendar connection is authorized separately through Google.

You can cancel through the private consultation management link, when available, or contact raineshq@gmail.com. Contact us to arrange a different time or location. Keep management links private because they allow access to that booking. Raines may reschedule or cancel a meeting when necessary and will use your supplied contact details to communicate changes.

2. Accounts and responsible participation

Account and booking services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal adulthood where you live, to create an account, book independently, or enter a paid engagement. You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your credentials. Do not impersonate another person or use an account without permission.

Use the community respectfully. Do not post unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or confidential material; harass others; send spam; or attempt to bypass security or access another person’s private information. Raines may remove content or restrict access to address violations, safety issues, or legal obligations. Contact us if you believe a restriction was made in error.

3. Services, membership, and billing

Consulting, podcast production, website creation, website management, and other paid work are subject to the scope, fees, timing, and other terms agreed for that engagement. Where a separate service agreement applies, it controls that paid work in the event of a conflict with these general website terms.

Membership pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation information are presented before checkout. Recurring memberships continue under the checkout terms until canceled. Manage a Stripe subscription through its billing portal or contact us for help. Included client access is based on a qualifying engagement or an administrative grant; an access record itself is not a separate purchase or charge.

Questions about a charge, refund, or invoice should be sent to raineshq@gmail.com. Any refund or cancellation is handled under the agreed service or checkout terms and applicable law. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights. Referral links do not promise payment, discounts, or credits unless Raines expressly agrees to a separate referral arrangement.

4. Content and intellectual property

Raines owns or has permission to use the website’s branding, design, and original content. You may access content for its intended personal, educational, or business evaluation purposes. Do not copy or commercially redistribute protected material without permission, except as allowed by law.

You retain ownership of the original material you submit. You grant Raines permission to host, display, and process it to provide the features you choose to use, such as showing your community post or arranging your consultation. This permission does not transfer ownership. Only submit material you have the right to share. Ownership of client deliverables is governed by the relevant service agreement.

Educational materials and vision exercises are general resources. Results depend on your circumstances and actions; we do not promise a particular personal, business, or financial outcome.

5. Third-party services and availability

Features may rely on Google, Stripe, Supabase, ChatGPT/OpenAI Sites, and other service providers. Their services are subject to their own terms. Raines is not Google and is not endorsed by Google. We cannot guarantee that the website, calendar integration, or other external services will be continuously available or error-free.

We take reasonable steps to operate the services, but technical interruptions, calendar changes, invitation delivery problems, or incorrect information can affect bookings. Contact us if a confirmation or invitation appears incorrect. To the extent allowed by law, the website and general educational resources are provided as available without a guarantee of fitness for every purpose. These terms do not exclude responsibility or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Privacy, changes, and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, how Google Calendar information is used, and how to request access or deletion. Do not place sensitive personal information in public posts or booking notes unless it is necessary for your request.

We may update these terms as services change. The current version and its effective date will be published here. Changes do not retroactively alter the terms of an existing paid agreement without the required agreement or notice.
